Another Grand Slam final, another Naomi Osaka victory.

The 23-year-old won her fourth Grand Slam title by defeating Jennifer Brady in the final of the Australian Open. Osaka is now a perfect four for four in major finals, only the third player in history to accomplish such a feat, alongside Monica Seles and Roger Federer

Osaka also won the 2020 US Open, accomplishing back-to-back major titles for the second time in her career. She completed the same feat in the 2018 US Open and 2019 Australian Open.

"I didn't play my last Grand Slam with fans so just to have this energy it means a lot," she said during the trophy presentation. "Thank you so much for coming. I feel like playing a Grand Slam is a super privilege right now and it's something I won't take for granted. Thank you for this opportunity."

This was Brady's first Grand Slam final, but the nerves proved to be too much, losing, 6-4, 6-3, and falling short on break points, converting only two.

Out of Osaka's seven career titles, four of them are now Grand Slams.
