Cici Bellis and Tennys Sandgren will headline the fifth season of Tennis Channel’s multi-platform series My Tennis Life, starting on Wednesday.

Both pros will document their lives on the tour throughout the year, sharing updates and engaging with fans through their own social media channels and the network’s platforms. My Tennis Life chronicles the ups and downs of a single season, giving fans unique access to the unreported details of life on tour and the players’ interactions with coaches, family and friends.

Bellis, a former world No. 1 junior, made her first big splash at the 2014 US Open as a 15-year-old when she upset Dominika Cibulkova. She turned pro in 2016 and has won seven ITF titles and a WTA 125K. She reached a career-high rank of No. 35 in 2017 before dealing with a long series of wrist and arm injuries that required multiple surgeries. Though she skipped the Australian Open, the American is expected to start her 2021 season soon.

“I am so excited to be a part of My Tennis Life in 2021,” Bellis said. “I’m really looking forward to sharing my life on and off the court with everyone.”

Sandgren turned pro in 2011 after playing for two years at the University of Tennessee. He made his Grand Slam breakthrough at the 2018 Australian Open with a surprise run to the quarterfinals. He reached a career-best rank of No. 41 in 2019 after winning his first title in Auckland. Later that year he appeared in the fourth round at Wimbledon. In 2020, he again reached the quarterfinals of the Australian Open, this time holding seven match points against Roger Federer.

This week in Melbourne, the 29-year-old lost to Alex de Minaur in the first round, but he's still competing in doubles alongside Dominik Koepfer.

“I’m really excited to take part in this upcoming season of My Tennis Life and be able to give the fans a look into my life both on and off the court,” Sandgren said.

My Tennis Life's previous stars include Lucie Safarova, Jamie Murray, Coco Vandeweghe, Monica Puig, Sam Groth, Nicole Gibbs and Jared Donaldson.
