A lot has been happening in the tennis world over these past few days with players arriving in Australia for a lengthy stay Down Under. While problems have arisen in Melbourne after multiple flights carried COVID-positive passengers, things in Adelaide seem to be going smoother.

Taking his chances, one Novak Djokovic fan waited outside his hotel balcony hoping for a sight of the world No. 1. He got more than a look as the two exchanged pleasantries in Serbian, from way more than six feet apart.

The top players and their practice partners are spending two weeks in semi-quarantine in Adelaide and then playing an exhibition at the end of the month. That group includes Djokovic, Rafael Nadal, Dominic Thiem, Naomi Osaka, Simona Halep and Serena Williams.
