Felix Auger-Aliassime showed off his flexibility and yoga moves for his followers on Instagram. In the Canadian's timelapse video, he does everything from warrior one to the advanced crow pose.

"Quick yoga on a Sunday," Auger-Aliassime wrote.

Along with intense stretching and bending, Auger-Aliassime incorporated an ab workout by sitting in the V position or Navasana in yoga terms, with his legs up and moving his arms from side to side.

The world No. 21 had a rough finish to an already bizarre 2020 season. Auger-Aliassime fell in the first round of his final three events of the year, with his season closing at the hands of world No. 77 Salvatore Caruso in his Sofia opener earlier this month.

Although Auger-Aliassime didn't finish the year on the strongest of notes, the 20-year-old still reached three finals during the shortened-season. He also captured his first career doubles title alongside partner Hubert Hurkacz at the ATP Masters 1000 event in Paris.
