Over the weekend at the Tipsport Elite Trophy event in Prague (not to be confused with the WTA event this week), Iga Swiatek pulled out a years-in-the-making trick shot. Facing Denisa Hindova on Saturday, Swiatek came into the net, but turned the tables pretending to hit an overhead before turning the racquet upside down and letting the ball fall gently over the net.

The world No. 50 last played a WTA event at the Qatar Open in February, and is heading to New York next.

She competed in two editions of the Tipsport Elite Trophy exhibition in Prague, and also played the Elle Spirit Open in Montreux, Switzerland, which she won.

The Pole is just two places shy of her career-high ranking of No. 48 as she returns to WTA action later this month.
