White Sulphur Springs, W. Va.—When Tennys Sandgren clinched the upset for Orlando Storm over the Philadelphia Freedoms on Saturday morning, his on-court celebration was initially quite subdued. Until he got to the bench where he whipped out a Bud Light and chugged it.

The chug rate was reflective of a guy who spent two years in college (he went to the University of Tennessee). He gets bonus points for it being before noon.

The 23-13 win bumped Orlando to 6-4 on the season and dropped Philadelphia to 8-2. Sandgren won both his doubles and singles sets, impressing in a 5-0 win alongside Ken Skupski and then a 5-3 victory over Taylor Fritz.

The 29-year-old isn't the only World TeamTennis player that has drank an alcoholic beverage on court. Last year, Washington Kastles' Tommy Paul grabbed ahold of a pitcher of beer after a tight win over Ernesto Escobedo at an ATP Challenger in Tiburon, Calif.

Hydration can come in all forms, and sometimes water just doesn't satisfy.
