Mattek-Sands and Keys choose Charleston teams

Charleston is gearing up for a big week of tennis with the Credit One Bank Invitational. At the same venue as the cancelled Volvo Car Open, 16 WTA stars will compete as two teams led by Bethanie Mattek-Sands and 2019 champion Madison Keys.

Monday was draft day with Keys and Mattek-Sands picking their team members (Mattek-Sands won first selection with a coin toss).

On Tuesday, singles matches will get underway, with each match worth one point. Australian Open champion Kenin will face Riske, followed by teens Navarro and Fernandez facing off. The third match will feature Collins against Anisimova and the last match will be Tomljanovic taking on Rogers.
