This week, Christina McHale gives an update on her preparation for the upcoming World TeamTennis season. The world No. 88 has been training and quarantining with her sister Lauren and brother-in-law Ryan Harrison in Atlanta.

McHale has been a staple in the Top 100 for the last nine years, reaching as high as No. 24 in 2012. She explains why, even at 28 years of age, she's not ever fully settled on tour as she's always looking to improve and stay on top of the new waves of players. She talks about her start on the pro tour, being a part of the 2012 Olympic team and her impressive track record against Serena Williams.

The New Jersey native also shares some fun facts about herself like how she works on her Mandarin Chinese language skills, why her cooking had to improve, what her first trip to Cuba was like and how Vampire Diaries has helped her get through the shutdown.
