On June 13, tournament organizer Novak Djokovic is set to kick off the Adria Tour in his hometown of Belgrade.

The Serbian capital will be the first stop of the nearly month-long tour that will continue in Zadar, Montenegro and Banja Luka, with a final exhibition slated for July 5 in Sarajevo pitting Djokovic against Bosnia's Damir Dzhumhur.

Djokovic will be joined by world No. 3 Dominic Thiem, world No. 7 Alexander Zverev, Croatians Borna Coric and Marin Cilic, and more. The top names will be placed in two pools of four players with the winner advancing into the final round.

The Adria Tour will present fans with the opportunity to watch the sport they love while giving the players the chance to compete again after over three months of the tour shutdown.

A thousand tickets have already been claimed for the Belgrade event, with social distancing guidelines in place for all matches.

The four events spread across Europe also aim to raise funds for humanitarian projects across the region, including the Novak Djokovic Foundation Early Childhood Development and Education program.

The round-robin styled event is adding to the list of exhibitions steadily appearing across the globe. As COVID-19 restrictions loosen, players are working together to find ways to compete while still staying safe.
