Andy Roddick is not afraid to put himself out there and show support for his friends. Over the past few days, two very famous celebrities in the food world (and beyond) were in messy public clash and Roddick added his two cents into the mix.

In an interview with *New Consumer*, food columnist Alison Roman slammed Marie Kondo, author of The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up, for being a hypocrite, and called out Chrissy Teigen for "selling out." Teigen, a former model, is the author of multiple cookbooks and has built her own brand empire.

Teigen is close pals with Roddick and his wife, model and actress, Brooklyn Decker. Decker was even a bridesmaid in Teigen's wedding to singer John Legend.

Roman has since backtracked her comments and apologized profusely. Needless to say, Roddick would be a great friend to have in your corner, in good times and bad.
