Doubles Take returns: now, with a look at what the pros are doing off-court.

BUSY TIME FOR THE BRYANS

What has one of the greatest teams of all time been up to with their (maybe) retirement tour put on hold? Well, Mike Bryan recently joined brother Bob in the fatherhood ranks. And the twins just celebrated their 42nd birthday with some of their pals virtually—and for a good cause.

A who’s who of the sport’s stars, as well as personalities from the entertainment world, helped the duo raise money on Instagram Live for Inspiring Children, a program in which the brothers are very involved.

TWO HEADS ARE BETTER THAN ONE

When both partners in a marriage are professional tennis players, it becomes a little easier to figure out how to keep your game sharp while stuck at home. World No. 56 Divij Sharan and top-200-ranked Samantha Murray Sharan have been documenting their exploits on Instagram and have things down—for the most part.

The couple, who were just married last year, has been creative with the at-home workouts and drills, while managing to just stay injury-free.

ALL THAT IT’S CRACKED UP TO BE

The amount of challenges that have come about while staying home have been near-endless the past few weeks. Dutch doubles standout Matwe Middelkoop showed off a new one that proved how important it is to have some nice touch.

After scrambling out of the way from egg splatter on the first few attempts, Middelkoop showed his hand skills are no yoke by the fourth.

SCHOOL’S IN SESSION

Who wouldn’t want to get some tips on improving their doubles game? Well, Alla Kudryavtseva has you covered.

The former world No. 15, who was making her way back to the tour after becoming a mom, will be giving doubles tips online, as well as talking to other players.
