When you have been on the court as long as Venus Williams has, there will be some big blunders. While much of the American's career has been defined by Grand Slam titles, high rankings and winning on and off the court, the past decade has seen some road bumps, particularly at the Grand Slams.

This week, she was knocked out of Monterrey in the first round by Anna Karolina Schmiedlova. Last week in Acapulco, she fell to world No. 125 Kaja Juvan. The 2020 season has not been kind to the 39-year-old, who has yet to win a match in three attempts. But the world No. 65 still has some time to get her footing before Roland Garros.
