With a jam-packed January in the rear-view mirror, February comes out swinging with a revamped Fed Cup. Several notable names will be back in World Group action this weekend suiting up for their countries, including some Grand Slam champions.

In Biel, Switzerland, Bianca Andreescu is set to make her 2020 debut against Belinda Bencic. Andreescu defeated Bencic last year in New York en route to her first Grand Slam title.

Andreescu is joined on the Canadian team by Eugenie Bouchard, Leylah Annie Fernandez and Gabriela Dabrowski. Bencic is teaming with Jil Teichmann, Viktorija Golubic and Stefanie Voegele.

In The Hague, Aryna Sabalenka will be taking the court for Belarus and will face the Netherlands' Kiki Bertens. Sabalenka will compete alongside teammates Victoria Azarenka, Aliaksandra Sasnovich, Olga Govortsova and Lidziya Marozava.

Team Spain hit the practice courts in their home country in preparation for their tie against Japan. Spain is led by Carla Suarez Navarro, while Japan team is powered by two-time Grand Slam champion Naomi Osaka.

It's been a whirlwind of excitement for Sofia Kenin as she battled her way through the Australian Open draw to claim her first major title. The 21-year-old will join Serena Williams in Everett, Wash. for a showdown against Latvia.
