Nike unveils bold Australian Open look for Andreescu

It's about that time of the year when brands tease their Australian Open 2020 looks, and one Nike outfit has gotten people talking. Nike-sponsored women like Bianca Andreescu and Madison Keys will don a yellow body suit with a watercolor pastel-patterned dress (or skirt) on top.

The patterns were created by Australian artist Cassie Byrnes. The outfit has been met with mixed reviews:

Risky fashion statements always lead to plenty of chatter. Andreescu has been recovering from a knee injury, and hasn't been seen on court, in any sort of Nike outfit, since retiring from the WTA Finals.

The Nike men, including Nick Kyrgios, will be in soft pinks with similar watercolor pastel-patterned shorts.

Kyrgios is prepping for the Australian Open by representing Australia at the ATP Cup. His team is 2-0 so far in Brisbane.
