Due to riots in Bogota the exhibition between Roger Federer and Alexander Zverev was cancelled. The tournament organizers did not refund ticket sales to customers.

“We are very sad and in a financially very difficult situation, the expenditure remained the same, but many revenues disappeared," exhibition organizer Manuel Mate said. "Some sponsors have supported us, but by no means all of them."

Federer will attempt to reschedule the match for sometime after the Miami Open, but if that fails, the Swiss is open to refunding fans out of his own pocket.
