At 15 years old, Cori "Coco" Gauff captured her first WTA title, on Sunday, beating 2017 Roland Garros champion Jelena Ostapenko, 6-3, 1-6, 6-2, in the International-level final in Linz, Austria.

After going 1-1 in the qualifying draw, Gauff got into the tournament only as a lucky loser. She then stepped up with five wins in the main event, including a straight-sets defeat of No. 1 seed and Top 10 player Kiki Bertens.

It was, in Gauff's own words, a dream week:

But she wasn't the only one to have a thrilled reaction online—her fellow players posted to congratulate, including Serena Williams:

The title will put Gauff at No. 71 in the WTA rankings, perfect position to have her sights set on the 2020 Australian Open.
