This year, the Laver Cup became an officially sanctioned ATP event. While players won't get ranking points for participating, the glory of winning for either Team Europe or Team World keeps players coming back.

Because the tournament is still relatively new, many might not know about the short history of the Laver Cup, including its first location and who the most active participants are.
