Just like the women's draw at this year's Rogers Cup, the final is a battle between experience and youth. Rafael Nadal will face Daniil Medvedev for the first time; their resumes could not be more different.

The Spaniard already owns the most ATP Masters titles in the Series 30-year history. He's seeking his 35th ATP Masters 1000, and will play in his 51st Final. Gael Monfils, his semifinal opponent, had to withdraw from the match, sending Nadal straight into the final.

Medvedev is playing in first ATP Masters final, but has won eight of his last nine matches, having reached the final in Washington.
