The fortnight came to an end on the grass-courts of Wimbledon on Sunday. It was a whirlwind of spectacular tennis and filled with many unforgettable moments. These are the Top 5 moments from final's weekend at Wimbledon. 


Simona Halep claimed her first Wimbledon title, and her second Grand Slam title, on Saturday. Halep became the first Romanian to win at Wimbledon after she defeated Serena Williams, 6-2, 6-2, in just 56 minutes. 


Robert Farah and Juan Sebastian Cabal won their first Wimbledon title together. The pair rallied past Nicolas Mahut and Edouard Roger-Vasselin in a grueling, nearly five-hour battle to capture the title. 


Novak Djokovic was two match points down against rival Roger Federer, but he maintained his composure and fought his way back to capture his fifth Wimbledon title. It was the first Grand Slam singles match to feature a 13–12 fifth set, and Djokovic showed immense resolve and the heart of a true champion in his almost five-hour victory.


Barbora Strycova and Hsieh Su-wei triumphed over adversity. Their final match was scheduled for Saturday and postponed after the men's doubles final went the distance. The duo didn't let that affect them, though, coming back on Sunday with their eyes on the prize. The two roared past Gabriela Dabrowski and Xu Yifan, 6-2, 6-4. 


Halep is also the newest member of the All England Club as she wore the coveted club badge. Djokovic, a returning member, also wore his at the 2019 Wimbledon champions dinner.
