Rajeev Ram and Joe Salisbury have grown close due to doubles success this season, winning the ATP Tour title in Brisbane and, most recently, finishing as runners-up to Feliciano Lopez and Andy Murray at the Fever Tree Championships in Queen's.

In a chuckle-inducing exchange with a moderator, the tandem was put to the test at Queen's as to American-versus-British names for things. The results were ... mixed.

Pram versus stroller. Elevator or lift. On and on it goes. And as Ram notes, Salisbury did have the benefit of studying stateside at the University of Memphis, where he was on the school's NCAA tennis team.

Overall, the pair, seeded No. 12 in gentlemen's doubles at this Wimbledon, are quite decent at identifying each other's way with words.

To lighten the mood, perhaps they can just start whispering about all the remaining options between points. The duo got past Matt Ebden and Vasek Pospisil in the second round, and both are entered in the mixed draw.
