Fast-rising Sofia Kenin has been on the cusp of a big breakthrough for a little while now, but no one could have called this upset. The 20-year-old American ousted Serena Williams, 6-2, 7-5. Serena may not have had her best day but Kenin took it to her, hitting 17 winners and going for it instead of waiting for Serena to miss. Kenin showed maturity beyond her years, and looked every bit like she belonged on Philippe Chatrier.
