There's nothing like a classic French dish to put you in the mood for more tennis this week. As Roland Garros carries on over in Paris, there's no reason you can't bring a taste of Paris to your kitchen. 

We Are Austin hosted chef Raul Castillo from Hopfields, an Austin locale with French-inspired fare. He crafted a Hopfields favorite called Moules Frites, which is PEI Mussels, white wine, shallots, chili flakes and garlic with a side of pommes frites and aioli.
