Playing three matches in two days, Rafael Nadal has reached the Rome semifinals by spending three hours and 48 minutes on court. Right now, his game is on point and so his pressroom T-shirt.

Meeting with journalists following his 6-4, 6-0 victory over Fernando Verdasco at the Italian Open on Friday, Nadal arrived wearing a shirt featuring a tiger. Some wondered if it was an ode to Tigger, the beloved Winnie the Pooh character.

In looking at the tagline, 'If Anyone Can.', it's actually Nike's nod to Tiger Woods. The 15-time major golf champion is an appropriate inspiration for Nadal given Woods' recent Masters win. The American holds 81 PGA Tour victories while world No. 2 Nadal has captured 80 ATP Tour titles.

You could say Nadal embodies certain qualities of the exuberant Tigger, from his pre-match routines to the way opponents have bounced out of Rome this week at the hands of the Spaniard.

Nadal has jumped for joy on final Sunday eight times in his career at the Foro Italico. Two more wins and he'll make it nine–and join Woods with 81 career trophies.
