Nadal and Kyrgios to face off in Acapulco blockbuster

With some ease, top seed Rafael Nadal set up a second-round clash with Nick Kyrgios in Acapulco. The Spaniard leads their head-to-head record 3-2.

Kyrgios beat Andreas Seppi, 6-3, 7-5, while Nadal took out Mischa Zverev, 6-3, 6-3.

Nadal and Kyrgios haven't faced off since Beijing in 2017, with Nadal winning handily. But earlier that year, Kyrgios stunned the world No. 2 in Cincinnati, in straight sets.

All that is for sure is that the showdown on Wednesday night will be an entertaining one.
