Players celebrate Love Your Pet Day

Wednesday was National Love your Pet Day and a lot of ATP and WTA stars had furry companions to celebrate.

Andy Murray, Grigor Dmitrov, John Isner and Novak Djokovic are just some players that own dogs. There's also Alexander Zverev, Dominika Cibulkova and Bethanie Mattek-Sands.

The dog-owner list doesn't end there. Caroline Wozniacki, the Williams sisters, Sloane Stephens, Caroline Garcia, Elise Mertens, Alja Tomljanovic and many more have pets to love.

World No. 58 Monica Puig got to celebrate both of her dogs, Luna and Rio. She actually named her first dog Rio before winning the 2016 Olympic Games.

Many of the pets are lucky enough to travel with their owners to tournaments so watch out for the four-legged player guests on tour.
