WATCH: Shapovalov vlogs his way to Rotterdam

Denis Shapovalov had quite the journey to get toRotterdam. The tenth seed brought fans along for the ride in a vlog created by his coach, Rob Steckley.

Team Shapovalov filmed while en route to the ATP 500 in Hollan. Featured moments included the Canadian dining at the airport, surviving a turbulance-filled flight, a sneak peek at his hotel room, and the teen practicing his rapping skills.

After arriving at Rotterdam, the 19-year-old immediately went into training mode, hitting the practice court with Stan Wawrinka on Monday to prepare for Tuesday’s first-round match.

Shapovalov defeated Franko Skugor in his opening match, 7-5, 6-3.
