Despite Nadal's stony demeanor on court, the Spaniard has a big sense of humor that shined at the Australian Open after defeating Alex de Minaur in the third round. During the on-court interview, Nadal had some choice words for his physio, Rafael Maymo.

When asked by John McEnroe if the former world No. 1 wanted to thank Maymo for his years of work, Nadal responded in the best way possible: "No, I'm getting injured all the time!"

Nadal continued to joke around through the interview. When asked if he wanted to give De Minaur tips on his game, whom Nadal defeated in straight sets, the No. 2 seed answered with a simple, "I will not" that made the crowd burst out in laughter.

In the Round of 16, Nadal is set to face a resurgent Tomas Berdych.
