Umpires usually shy away from the spotlight, but sometimes they do something smooth that earns them some well-deserved attention. During the Australian Open first-round match between Alexander Zverev and Aljaz Bedene, the umpire caught a ball kicked by Bedene after he missed a serve.

At the time of the outstanding catch, Zverev was up a set. The No. 4 seed would go on to win comfortable, 6-4, 6-1, 6-4.
