Jan-Lennard Struff has had quite a week in Auckland. The 28-year-old German pulled out a hot shot around the net post during his doubles match alongside Japan's Ben McLachlan.

The duo would win the title over No. 3 seeds Michael Venus and Raven Klaasen, 6-3, 6-4.

The world No. 58 also had a great week on the singles court, enjoying a run to the semifinals. It's Struff and McLachlan's second career doubles title together after winning Tokyo last year. They've done well Down Under before having made the semifinals of the Australian Open last year.

Struff starts his singles campaign in Melbourne against Matthew Ebden on Monday.
