He says it was only 12 years later than scheduled but Rajeev Ram has graduated from college. The 34-year-old was awarded his diploma by Indian University East, a college that's partnered with the ATP and WTA tour to get players to obtain their degrees online.

His fellow alumni include Venus Williams, Sloane Stephens and Irina Falconi, to name a few. Ram and Williams also shared another experience together, winning a silver medal at the Olympics in Rio.

Ram played one semester for the University of Illinois in 2003 where he won the NCAA doubles title (with Brian Wilson) and helped his school win the NCAA team title. He's currently ranked No. 21 in doubles, having won three titles in 2018.
