Venus Williams stepped out in Miami this week to attend a pop-up club created by Prada and hobnob with luminaries including Emma Roberts, Kanye West, Chloe Sevigny and more.

Vogue has the goods about the party at large, and Vulturerecaps the performance by featured artist whose "site-specific installation [was] created for Prada Mode, Black Image Corporation. It’s a celebration of black women featuring photography culled from Jet and Ebony magazines from the 1950s and ‘60s." Think Nina Simone meets South Beach.

The EleVen by Venus founder, who relishes the Art Basel event in Miami most every year, enjoyed a dinner that Kanye and others also attended, after which Gates played a mini-set of music with his band, the Black Monks of Mississippi.

Venus is set to face off against sister Serena Williams for an exhibition match in Abu Dhabi later this month, in the same location where Serena launched her return to competitive play at this time last year.
