With the season over, some players like to go on vacation or relax at home. Kyle Edmund, who broke into the Top 20 in May this year, decided to get his offseason training going with a bit of soccer, or as it's called in the United Kingdom, football.

The Brit showed off his kicking skills, getting a goal in on just over half of his attempts. Although, he did accidentally kick the goalie in the head so maybe his skills aren't as great as he thinks.

On top of training for his soccer debut, Edmund is also taking things easy, recently relaxing on a beach while paddle-boarding.

Soccer is just a short distraction, as Edmund wouldn't want to waste momentum from his recent breakthrough season. He reached a career-high ranking of world No. 14 and became the No. 1 Brit. The 23-year-old also reached the third round in the French Open for the second year in a row and became only the sixth British man in the Open Era to reach the semifinals of a Grand Slam, doing so at the Australian Open.

As if that wasn't enough, Edmund won his first ATP Tour title, defeating Gael Monfils in a third-set tiebreak to win in Antwerp.
