Serena celebrates one-year wedding anniversary

Serena Williams is not one to celebrate birthdays or holidays (because she's a Jehovah's Witness), but when it comes to celebrating her relationship with Alexis Ohanian, anything goes.

Williams and Ohanian got married in the celebrity wedding of the season on Nov. 16, 2018. It was just over two months after Williams endured a complicated childbirth.

Their daughter, Alexis Olympia Ohanian Jr., was in the star-studded audience, which included the likes of Beyonce, Caroline Wozniacki and Kim Kardashian.

Ohanian isn't shy about gushing over his wife, in interviews and on social media.

Williams went ahead and admitted she'd be celebrating their anniversary all week long.

The couple also celebrate Selexis Day each year, which is a random day they plan special dates for each other.

Their anniversary trip wasn't all smooth sailing though as Williams was slightly injured by a rogue drone.

Williams will begin her 2019 season at the Hopman Cup, where she's teaming up with Frances Tiafoe.
