During the offseason, players get a chance to relax, reboot and make time for their non-tennis pursuits. In the case of 19-year-old Denis Shapovalov, he took a chance to publicly show off one of his lesser-known hobbies.

Who knew the Canadian had an affinity for rapping? He even said he was nervous for his first recording session. His experiences on the biggest stages of the ATP tour surely helped put him at ease.

Shapovalov recently started working with Rob Steckley, who has been the coach of soon-to-be retired Czech player Lucie Safarova.

Steckley is known for his video production skills, so hopefully fans will get to see even more of Shapovalov's off-court talents in the coming year.
