Matthew Ebden, an Aussie who doesn't know a word of Swedish, is partnering with Robert Lindstedt in doubles for the Stockholm Open. To make sure he is ready for the week ahead, Ebden was given a crash course in the native language of Sweden.

He was taught choice phrases, such as "Robert is always right" (Robert har alltid ratt). Only time will tell if his newfound knowledge will help on the court.

Ebden is coming off of a strong run in Shanghai, eventually falling to Borna Coric in the quarterfinals. He has reached a career-high ranking of No. 40 in the world.

Despite losing to Fernando Verdasco in the first round in Stockholm, he still has a shot in doubles where he and Lindstedt will take on Swedes Andre Goransson and Markus Eriksson. At the very least, Ebden will be able to show off his new language skills.
