With the Laver Cup taking place this weekend in Chicago, it only makes sense to recognize Rod Laver's many achievements.

The living legend is the only man to win the calendar-year Grand Slam twice, doing so in 1962 and again one year after Open Era tennis began, in 1969. He's also the last man to accomplish the feat.

While the Australian doesn't consider himself the greatest of all time, plenty of other players do, and grew up looking up to him including Team Europe captain Bjorn Borg and Roger Federer.
