Isner becomes father to baby girl Hunter Grace

John Isner joined the pantheon of tennis dads on Saturday, when his wife, Madison McKinley Isner, gave birth to their first daughter, Hunter Grace.

"Didn’t think it was possible to love something this much," Isner wrote on Instagram. "My wife @madkool13 is doing amazing and will be the best mother ever. We are so blessed!"

The past year has been special for Isner all around. In addition to becoming a father, he got married, won his first ATP Masters 1000 title (in Miami), made his first Grand Slam semifinal (at Wimbledon) and claimed his fifth Atlanta crown.

This weekend, he's slated to lead John McEnroe's Team World in the Laver Cup, alongside his Wimbledon marathon partner, Kevin Anderson.
