The new serve clock being introduced for the US Open Series has been big news this season. Though it's been in place for a few weeks now, the rules and specifics are little confusing. To help explain them, WTA players from the Connecticut Open, including Daria Gavrilova, Caroline Garcia and Karolina Pliskova, helped break it down in some...interesting ways.

Players have 25 seconds to begin the next point, with a clock visibly showing the seconds remaining. If they fail to adhere to the time allocated, they may face penalties. Petra Kvitova admits to being slow between points, with the other players quickly agreeing that the Czech needs to speed things up.
