Djokovic was present for the announcement of the teams in New York City on Tuesday alongside Rod Laver, John McEnroe and Team World's Juan Martin del Potro.

A stacked Team Europe includes Djokovic, Federer, Grigor Dimitrov, Alexander Zverev, David Goffin and Kyle Edmund, who will take on Team World in September.

Team World includes Del Potro, Anderson, Nick Kyrgios, Jack Sock, John Isner and Diego Schwartzman. But first, the US Open. The draw will be made on Thursday with main-draw action kicking off on Monday.
