This year, the US Open will be fully implementing a change that has been in the works for some time; a shot clock. Players must begin a point within 25 seconds or they may incur penalties. The clock appeared at the start of the US Open Series to largely positive feedback. 

Rafael Nadal is known for a long ritual between points, yet he gave good reviews, while Novak Djokovic has said he isn't a fan of the new technology.
