Roger Federer is no stranger to doing wild things, both on and off the court. Last year, when he teased that he would be on Bear Grylls' show Running Wild, fans got both excited and nervous. Would he injure himself? Be eaten by a mountain lion? Drink his own pee?

Thankfully, he survived, and the defending Wimbledon champion talked about the experience.

"I am so excited to be on Bear's show," he said. "When he called me up, if I wanted to be on the show, I thought 'Okay, only problem is my tennis schedule, that's it, really, just making sure I'm somewhat safe.'"

That's not to say that the world No. 2 didn't do weird, crazy things, such as fishing for a half-eaten fish and then eating it's eyeball.

Federer is back in civilization at Wimbledon, where he is the No. 1 seed. He eased past Dusan Lajovic in the first round, making the biggest splash of the fortnight (so far) by switching from Nike to Uniqlo.
