Anyone that’s ever stepped on a court with the intentions of playing professional tennis has one goal: to compete in the main draw at Wimbledon, the most prestigious of the Grand Slams.

For a group of pros on the ATP and WTA tours, they’ll get that opportunity after fighting through the qualifying draws, which featured former finalists at the Grand Slam, junior champs, veterans vying for one more shot at the crown and up-and-comers in quest of their dream.

Here are the reactions from some of those who will next be battling on the hallowed lawns of the All-England Club.

Former Wimbledon finalist Eugenie Bouchard, who’s been all business this week, is taking satisfaction in the fact that she fought her way through to the main draw, where she’ll open up play against Brit Gabriella Taylor.

Bolt’s fellow Aussie John-Patrick Smith will face the Italian veteran Andreas Seppi. This will be Smith’s first appearance in the singles main draw since 2015.

Alexandra Dulgheru gave a shout-out to the qualifying venue, Roehampton, on her way to the big W, where she’ll meet Kristyna Pliskova to kick things off.

And in doubles, Kevin Krawietz and Andreas Mies—one of the hottest teams on the Challenger circuit this year—are through to the main draw. The German duo just reached the final in Illkey on grass a week ago. Wimbledon surely holds a special place in Krawietz’s heart: He won the boys’ doubles title back in 2009 with Pierre-Hugues Herbert.
