A few of the Roland Garros favorites revealed some of their personal French favorites—from food to art—in a “This Or That" game.

One of the things the quiz made apparent was that the players, varying in age and experience level, had differing degrees of familiarity with the "This Or That" items.

Rafael Nadal, who's been playing the French Open since 2005, had clearly developed a liking for many of the Parisian cultural touchstones. When asked to choose between creme brulee and mousse au chocolat, he answered "both."

He did the same when deciding between the Louvre and the Musee d'Orsay ("especially different, but nice").

The men's No. 2 seed, Alexander Zverev, on the other hand, was unfamiliar with many of the items. That's fair enough, though, considering this is only his fourth trip to Roland Garros.

The women's No. 1, Simona Halep, chose cheese over wine and foie gras over croque monsieur.

And Grigor Dimitrov, who still hasn't been able to go beyond the third round, picked crepes over macarons. He fell in the third round to Spanish veteran Fernando Verdasco.

Nadal and Halep are set to play their quarterfinal matches on Wednesday, while Zverev lost his first Grand Slam quarterfinal to Dominic Thiem.
