The 20-year-old left the clay-courts behind for a day of fun at the Fruehlingsfest, Europe's largest spring festival.

Kasatkina won prizes, raced around in bumper cars and sampled some of the local German cuisine.

Kasatkina should be in great spirits on and off the court, as she has enjoyed an impressive start to 2018, which has included a run to the Indian Wells final.

The local flavors of Stuttgart were very much a hit with the Russian.

It will be back to work at the Porsche Tennis Grand Prix on Monday as Kasatkina prepares for her first-round match against Magdalena Rybarikova before a possible second round meeting with world No. 1 Simona Halep.
