After a rough U.S hard-court swing, Grigor Dimitrov has found his game in Monte Carlo. The Bulgarian pulled out his best arsenal of shots, including a deft lob winner, to take out David Goffin, 6-4, 7-6 (5).

Dimitrov then pulled out of his semifinal doubles match with Goffin, needing all his extra energy for a showdown with world No. 1 Rafael Nadal on Saturday.

Despite Dimitrov's newly rediscovered form, Nadal may be too big of a hurdle for anyone to take down this week. The Spaniard demolished the man many call his successor as the King of Caly, Dominic Thiem, in barely over an hour, 6-0, 6-2.
