Keys hosts Fearlessy Girl Summit in Miami

Amidst a challenging internet world of cyber bullying and social media trolling, Madison Keys is turning a negative into a positive by making an impact in young women’s lives.

The American hosted the summit as part of her female empowerment organization, Fearlessly Girl, ahead of the Miami Open. She's already a role model despite her young age of 23.

While enduring years worth of keyboard warriors hurling hateful words at her, Keys decided to channel this negativity into Fearlessly Girl, a campaign instilling confidence and strength in young women.

Keys spoke to the girls in attendance about their futures, inspiring them to pursue careers regardless of their gender.

The summit was an overwhelming success, leaving a lasting impact on both the young women in the audience and the speakers.

The world No. 15 begins her Miami Open campaign on Thursday night with a tough assignment against three-time champion Victoria Azarenka.
