Taste of Tennis lights up Miami

In one of the most vibrant cities in the world, the stars of both tours enjoyed a night away from the courts to hit the red carpet at Citi Taste of Tennis in Miami.

Held in bustling downtown Miami, this is second Taste of Tennis event of the year after Indian Wells. The fun and electric event pairs top tennis pros with celebrity chefs for a night of food and fun ahead of big tournaments in the U.S.

Big names such as Sloane Stephens, Alexander Zverev, Jeremy Chardy, Heather Watson, Feliciano Lopez, Eugenie Bouchard and Bethanie Mattek-Sands hit the Miami night scene.

Returning to the tour after a knee injury at Wimbledon, Mattek-Sands’ colorful personality and dress lit up the red carpet. She would fall in her opening round to Alize Cornet, but all signs point to a healthy comeback.

Fellow American Shelby Rogers dressed up for the party as well, which was held at the W Hotel Miami.

Citi Taste of Tennis returns with a night of culinary action this summer ahead of the Citi Open in Washington D.C. before another electric event in New York prior to the U.S. Open.
