It's no secret that Rafael Nadal is a very good golfer, and he used his skills across a weekend of golf for the first-ever Rafa Nadal Golf Challenge.

Played over three days in Mallorca, Nadal's team faced off against Sotheby's International Realty. The purpose of the event was networking, but there was still a winner and Nadal's team came away with a first-place finish.

Nadal takes competition of all kinds very seriously because it's in his nature. Back in 2011, the Spaniard penned an essay on his intense passion for golf, explaining why acting like Tiger Woods is the only way he can play a round.

"From start to finish, I barely say a word to my rivals; I certainly don’t compliment them on a good shot. They say I’m more aggressive even than I am on the tennis court," Nadal wrote.

Of course, this was a networking event, not a true tournament. The world No. 2 is next scheduled to play in Acapulco and then Indian Wells, where he always finds a way to fit in a round of golf.
