Querrey, the No. 2 seed, received a bye into the second round and plays on Thursday. Bryan and his brother Bob are the top seeds in the doubles draw.

Although the tournament is an ATP event, Stephens played in a Sunday night exhibition alongside Eugenie Bouchard, John McEnroe and James Blake.
