The newest star of My Tennis Life, Lucie Safarova got her 2018 season started off right with Episode 1. Beginning with gifts at Christmas before heading on long flight to Australia, the Czech shares what life is like behind-the-scenes for a pro player.

She even lets viewers in on her goals for the year. The world No. 29 says she'll just “just have fun out there “ and “try to do [her] best", while also working toward a return to the singles Top 10. She’s well on her way in Melbourne, reaching the third round of the Australian Open.

It's instantly obvious that the 30-year-old is having a blast on tour. She pokes fun at her coach Rob Steckley for his dishwashing fail, chases a caffeine hit at every corner and moans about the heat like any normal person would.
